Description

Darnak is a withered yet imposing figure, his frame lean and sinewy from decades of survival in the wilderness. His skin is weathered and cracked like parched earth, lined with deep scars—some earned in battle, others given by spirits during sacred initiations. His long, silver-white hair is tangled with charms, spirit fetishes, and the bones of honored ancestors, whispering with unseen voices when the wind stirs. His eyes burn with an unnatural, ember-like glow, a sign of his spiritual rebirth. They see far beyond the mundane world, peering into the spirit realm even when his body remains in the mortal plane. His fingertips are blackened and cracked, permanently marked by his dealings with spirits, fire, and the elements. Kareth-Azun wears robes of tattered hide and spirit-etched silk, their edges embroidered with runes that shift and writhe when he speaks. His left arm is wrapped in charred linen, covering an ancient wound left by a vengeful specter. His right hand bears an intricate spiral tattoo—a sacred glyph that marks him as Twice-Born, one who has crossed the boundary of life and death and returned.
