The multiethnic subjects of Carmania; these peoples are distant cousins of the Arirae, but unlike them the Jhori have been subjected by other peoples since the Age of Darkness. They are the workers of the fields, the herdsmen, the shopkeepers, manual labor, and they are levied into the armies of the Karmanoi. They are not expected to Carmanian customs, but retain their own, and they are organized in customary guilds and wards under a paternalistic legal framework -first set up by the Carmanians- now administered by the Governor of the Western Reaches.
