Instead of taking any action, he can become visible at 1 MR. His hideous appearance is equivalent to a Fear spell.
He can use the Madness once after each Godday.

He can engage a suitable host for the revenge in Spiritual Combat. If he wins, takes covert possesion of the host, who developes Passion Hate (traitor) 100%. Humban-Numena can take active possesion of the host at any moment, but since then he can be detected by other discorporate spirits as if he was also incorporeal, and the host shows sign of possesion (a red moon in his eyes).
